I had a problem a while ago saving wav files to the correct format for VM PRO, Someone kindly sent me alink to an australian product for saving WAVS in the right format. Could anyone help as I have lost the thread now
Anyone had problem with VM PRO autoattendant not dropping call properly. We have a situation where if a call comes in and they put phone down without choosing an option. VMPRO wont drop the call!!
I have now narrowed this echo down to VM PRO. If call is routed to the IP phone at remote office (VPN)via VM autoattendent you can hear your own voice echoing on the IP phone. If auto attendent is swiched off the echo dissapears???
Does anyone know why the 5610 IP phone echoes your own voice? This only happens on incoming calls from mobiles. If we ring the mobile back its fine and if we make a call from a 5410 its fine. Its driving the customer mad. This IP phone is over a VPN from the IPOFFICE unit
I am having problems playing wavs which we have created externally. I have encoded them as 8khz 16 bit mono but there is just a silence??. If i record locally through the handset its fine
Does this only redirect IP Office traffic. Just had a support call some people can't access their Exchange Web mail (there is an MS Exchange Server on the "1" network. Could putting an IP route on the 406 be a cause?
Has anyone used the Archive selection? > i am having problems that when I try to archive any date not accessed for 365 days. It doesnt seem to keep the nuimber of days in the advanced file selection and goes back to 30 days?
