MS Word Livelink menu disabled
Hi Try the following: open the MS word document go to Help menu and select About MS Office word, this will pop up the other window, Click on Disabled Items button and see if you have anything listed there. if somthing listed then make them enable and you should be ok let me know Anil- apatel41
