    HELP--Can't access Mitel 3300 due to VLAN

    Hi There, if you access the Controller via the serial cable. There is a command (something like "vlan_off") you can enter which will turn vlan 44 off the Controllers Lan port. Reboot the controller and the system should be back on the default vlan setting.

    Yes were running OCS, YA is a better softphone as we are running both on the same site at the moment to compare the two products and the collaboration fuctionality of both. We are'nt using exchange 2007 UM so have no experiance with that, we are using Unity VM and running exchange 2003. Cheers.

    Hey all, I've now got this YA server logging into the Mitel 3300's to sync via MiXML. Problem now is that it's not pulling any info off the Mitel at all to populate my User database on the YA server. All my Multiline IP sets have entries in the phonebook. Any help would be great. Cheers.
