    So I tried what you suggested and put it on her extension's personal dial list. It still did the same thing.......The tone sounds like a global tone and it is 5 really quick notes. Normally, the phone does the 3 beep confirmation tone when you log in.

    I have it programmed on a button on the agent's phone. It is programmed just like everyone else's. It is an autodial with the login code 122 and the login ID. So autodial 1221565.

    I checked everything.....nothing on the extension that was different from anyone else's.....I eventually removed the extension, agent ID and then put it all back in and now it is working perfectly. Thank you for your reply!

    Music on Hold

    Update..........I have got it working for now. I made a tenant group 2 and left Attendant group 1 in the attendant field and put the music source to 2. I change the TN on the extensions and trunk group and vdn's for that company. Tested and it works fine. Thanks!!
