i have a problem to configure the Networker (Windows).
the networker server has 2 fc cards connected to 2 switches.
the tape-library has 2 fc cards connected to the switches.
the tape-library has 4 drives.
jbconfig see 2 library´s and 8 drives.
after installing hp securePath jbconfig...

i have a problem with the Networker 7.0
Full Backup´s from a Group is OK but when incr. Backup´s
run failed with message:
exited with return code 1
savegrp: Failed to update server, aborting Savegroup
savegrp: error, cannot open new progress
What is the problem ?????
the entry in the servers file is O.K.
I think the NW-Server has the problem to connect the
client
Manual-Backups from the Client to the NW-Server are running

i have a problem with 2 W2K Computer.
When I start the Backup from the Networker-Server the
Backup failed (message auth nsrexec)
DNS resolution is O.K. rpcinfo is O.K.
When I start the Backup from the client it is O.K.

another pool ??
I have a networker-server with a library (pool default)
and a storage-node with a library (pool mddata)
when a client save to the storage-node (pool mddata)then
the save set index will be stored on the networker-server...

i have no backup of single Mailboxes
i will restore the priv.edb and then extract the mailbox
The networkcards (Intel Pro100 Dual Port) second Port disabled settings: 100Mbit FullDuplex
The settings are the same on Windows NT and 2000
I have testet another Networkcard ( 3COM ) but the
Backup Speed is 300-500 Kb/s
I don´t know what´s wrong

I have a Test-System with Networker 6.1 (Windows 2000 with Windows 2000 Clients and Windows NT 4.0 Clients)
The Backup Speed is 200-350 kb/s
The same Test-System (Windows NT 4.0 with NT 4.0 Clients and no Windows 2000 Clients)
The Backup Speed is 5000-6000 kb/s
Is this a TCPIP...
