    Hi folks!! Well, it looks like my problem is sort of solved. When I have this type of problem, I usually call Bell canada programming service ($85 CA / hour) and this is what happenned(It is their explanation): Looks like my 281 was linked to an unknomn Mailbox.     number is 281 I saw no error But the weird thing is when I exit the config menu, you still see the word "mess" on the phone attached to that maibox (they are configuren in french here) Is it that you cannot delete a mailbox if there is at least one unread message in it??

    I Don't think so I have around 30 users here They all have access to thier individual mailbox I'M not an expert, It is just cheaper for me to try to fix the problem then to call the phone company (Bell canada)
