Ragnorak, I'm not familiar with condition editor. Is that a standard IPO app? As far as voicmail, I would still want to save it on our system if the user doesn't pick up and I would like to be able to forward both internal and external calls to the user's phone but I can live with just...- radekal

Scheduled Call forwarding
Whats the best way to enable call forwarding for one particualar user/ext only at certain times of the day. Would I use shortcodes to do that if so what would the shortcode be for forwarding call traffic to an excternal number between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Each user has their own DID...- radekal
