    Our IIS server couldn't send the zImage_ug file to the phones. Used a Window Apache server and it work fine. The IIS server doesn't like files with unknown file extensions.

    I am trying to service observe a VDN. I am able to observe agents ok. I have checked the cor of the VDN oberserved is set to yes and the cor options on page 13 is set to yes and same with the station observing. When I list trace on the station I get this. dial 4357 denial event 1683...

    I have ec500 licenses but when I go to creat an XMOBILE station it doesn't take and tells me 'x-station mobility: feature is not activated'.

    I have an incoming ANI that I would like to redirect to another extension. The caller is calling in on ISDN Prime and is calling various DID's in our system. I looked at other threads and can't figure out the EC500 method. Can someone give me the exact steps.
