Outlook Dialling
Hi all, I need a bit of help with Outlook. I use Outlook to dial out using Cisco Callmanager; whereby I pick a contact, right click on them and click "Call contact", and it is able to pick up my Cisco phone and start off the phone call. The problem is however that we use 9 for an outside line...- mgerrard
