Crisis alert and 911 questions
We routinely do the following: "ch ars an 1" add an "alrt" entry for "11" just like you have for "911". Give it a route which inserts a "9" in front of the "11". How do I display abbreviated dialing list?
If you're on a 715 terminal, "HELP" will show the command choices. On ASA or Emulator "F5" does the trick. "display abbreviated-dialing" can be "personal", "group", "system" or "enhanced". System is generic, Group and Enhanced are by List number, and personal is by extension number.- unclefuzzy
