    Hi Rolead. Happymal was correct. rfd 9876 to 5432 rfd 5432 to 7654 job done after half a minute or so of ringing the caller will have hung up. why ring an empty desk? Use DND . and the call will step to the free hunt group members,if no one is there and they will get busy. cheers D*

    Call recording on ACWIN

    Pressing the emergency button should record the call. The feature is designed for bomb threats etc. Give the button a press and see what happens. D*

    network busy? sounds like a translation sending the call down a trunk route with no trunks. No separate parameter for call from digital extensions I'm aware of.

    7-E-1 9600 they use a cli - no menus! A while since I worked on one, I think they are based on the vmx/octel so if you have programmed one of those or have the manual you should be ok.
