    346pt, your correct, I'd just get reception to say to the customer they're on the phone and put them through, the recipient can decide if they want to ignore it and let it go to voicemail.

    IE8 throws up a certificate security warning every time, haven't worked out a way around it yet, just an extra button click to get where I want to be but annoying. Seems developers these days want you to use the mouse.

    coverage to VM

    Use a vdn and vector. Point 1 of the cover path is the PA's number, point 2 is the VDN v1234. In the vector. Step 1- messaging for skill (hunt goroup number of voicemail) for extension active. eg 01 messaging skill 99 for extension active will send it back to the bosses voicemail.

    The Email Address on the voicemail server doesn't appear to matter, in fact it can be blank. Try this, it works for Audix, haven't tested on IA770/CMM but I will, don't have S8400 though, only 8300. Check the Permissions on the vmb specifically IMAPI Message Transfer (unsure if this affects)...
