    Under forward lookup zones, right click your domain and select 'New Alias(cname)' This will allow you to create a DNS name for an internal or external host. It's an alias, just points the name of your choice to the host.

    I have only seen it as a software setting. That doesnt mean it isnt in the bios, and it also doesnt mean that your HP even supports it, if it is new I would say its likely, but uncertain. I would refer to the manual on this one to be sure, you should be able to download it from hp's site.
