    Hi collective7, are your Shadow Copy Services set to manual ?? Shadow Copy Services have to be accessible to do a systemstate save, you also have to use the open file option. Cheers, hofmanmt

    NetWorker 7.3 errors - Cannot determine status of backup process.

    Did you get any anwsers to your request? I have the same problem with a windows 2003 server cluster. I tried the hints in the Error Message Guide, but did not solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
