I just read on castle cops that they can't really see your internal IP address. They are just faking it by publishing local only information into the web site. If you disable cookies and dump all your cookies and try the test again it will NOT show your internal IP address. They are just...- ITChef4

I had just done the same test you've done and discovered my internal IP address was being shown. One of the reasons you do not want your internet IP addresses being show is because it gives hackers that much more information to your internal structure.
