I have run into this before. Checkout this link,... http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21083177 This was supplied to me by TSM support who suggested two solutions- 1) Make sure the WMI service is running,... or 2) Exclude the file. Hope this helps- returncode0
