    Thanks Lilliabeth, I wasn't clear. I actually don't really care what font the addresses are in, it reformats all the text in the rest of the newsletter. I got around this by setting up the 2-page newsletter in Master Pages, so that when it reformats the whole d--- thing I only have 2 pages to...

    I perform a mail merge in Publisher 2003. My adresses import sucessfully, but when they do, all the comic sans text is reformatted to times new roman. I REALLY do not want to go through the now 822 pages and change every box. Is there any way to prevent this?
