Thanks...
I'm going to try a couple of malware programs to see if they work. Also check for a root kit... If this fails, I'll take my computer into a shop and have it looked at professionally. I have a lot of files I want to retain, if I can. I have a recent backup (2 drives) of just before...
It may have been a partial or scan of a directory... full system is about 3 hours or more. My desktop has two M.2 drives and a 5TB HDD. When scanning directories, Msert does a quick scan of the OS and possibly the files needed for the programs.
I didn't know about the /F switch. The /F:Y...
Thanks... and thanks for the switches for Msert...
Do you know how to run a program in Windows using switches... I'm thinking msert /F:Y. It shows the switches when I try to run it in DOS.

I have numerous subdirectories and some of these may have subdirectories. These subdirectories have numerous files attached. Is it possible to choose a subdirectory and delete all the file attachments from that subdirectory?
The subdirectories look like:

Yes I did, and there were several articles about it. Unfortunately, I just got real busy at work and it will take a couple of days to sift through the material. The SMS gateway doesn't work with the three providers I tried... again, thanks...
I haven't heard back from anyone yet... it may be as simple as eMailing their complete phone number without spaces to the SMS gateway for the phone they are using. Some cell phones don't have SMS gateways. I'll let you know when I hear from them.
Is it possible to send text messages to a cell phone or receive them on a computer via eMail? I don't do texting very well on a phone... my fingers are fat and clumsy and the keyboard is too small.
If it is, is it an easy process? Thanks in advance
