    Upgrade the VM Pro and OneX to the lastest R6 release. That fixed it for me.

    Anyone have the same problem as me? If you delete a voicemail with One-X Portal, about an hour later, the voicemail reappears. When it deletes from the Account Directory of VM Pro, it pops back up in Portal stating UNKNOWN. Anyone with the same problem?

    I got IIS installed and was able to install the Web Voicemail Components as well. In the VM Pro About section it says IMAP Server: "Stopped" I just dont know how to start it. I got a call to iCare about it. I'll let you know what I find out.

    Thanks for the tip Kevin. It does show that I got UMS licenses, but for the IMAP Server it says STOPPED. How do I start it?

    I got it to work after awhile. I had to input this whole ldap server url: ldap://172.100.100.2:389 Once I did that, it worked fine. You might need authentication. Check with the consultant who handles the data part of the network. If that is you, try using any free LDAP tool to check if you can...

    Using VM Pro with IMAP

    Has anyone gotten IMAP to work with Voicemail Pro? I have installed the Web Voicemail Component and when I type in the "netstat -a" in the command prompt, I do not see a listening port on 143. According to the documentation, IMAP services are installed along with Voicemail Pro.
