We do a lot of this sort of thing, and here's a tip we've found: users feel more confident about the generated document if they can see all of the possible text at some point (especially our lawyers). You can change what the Copy function does in VBA - re-route it to a message box or some other innocuous action. If you don't know VBA, though, that's kind of extreme.
