    no, it's only on the computer... new camera, new tape, plays fine on the camera. that's why i'm stumped.

    i can't get premiere to capture my video without creating horizontal bands across the image. Here is a screen shot: i've tried to playing with the capture settings, but nothing seems to help. i'm using premiere pro 7.0 with a canon zr80. any help is much appreciated.
