Hi G. I tried the link you sent and take off pin2 and 7 but still no luck. It still works on the 2525 router, but the switch didn't do nothing. How likely is that a console port is dead? Will static kill it? I don't recall any except putting the port face down on carpet, but I couldn't have... -
