    Problem using more than one external line

    It means that your service provider does not have Line 1 set to ring to Line 2 when Line 1 is busy. This is not controlled by the phone system.

    Unusually loud paging, MICS 6.1

    Had a MICS 6.1 installed for over a year and it started having overly loud and 'tinny' paging. No programming loss to the system at all. Just looking for some suggestions to try. Thanks.
