    Hi, Just thought I would put my penny's worth in!! I had the same problem last month. It turned out to be the customer was logging into the BCM400 through the same LAN port that the IP Phones were registered through. Now we've changed it so they log into LAN2 for management it is working 100%!

    Yeah I have used 3 different Expansion units including the original, each come with the 5m shielded patch cable. I have powered the system off, connected everything and powered it up. I have also checked the dip switches and they are ok the module works perfectly when its put in the main unit!

    Yeah all my target lines are assigned!! I have set both the Public and Private numbers as the incomming extension number and assigned the target line to the corresponding DN! I.E. Ext 4000 has target line 300 assigned to it with Private receive # as 4000 and public # 4000!
