yes they have both been upgraded. they have to be to use the 5400 series phones.- stuen93

Power issue?
we have a customer that we just installed a ip406 with a pri, 2 ds-30's, and a 8 port pots module. worked fine at our office but when at the customer location any of the 5410/5420 phones plugged into one of the digitial ports on the 406 unit will not work they come up to the screen on the phone...- stuen93
