Can you hide or mask the caller ID from a POTS line using any line in the Outbound Pool. The carrier, in this case is AT&T/SBC. Is there a setting to not either send the caller ID, or outpulse just the main number on all POTS lines used.

Not familiar with the Nortel ICS/Call Piot 150/Call Center stuff. Can anyone recommend vendors who are extremely good in explaining and programming this equipment. Would be in the Chicago area.
