Definity vector problem converse-on not working right, please help!
Hi, I guess my first question would be why do you want the caller sent to the IVR a 2nd time after being given the extimate time? But besides that, how is the IVR flagging the call for return? Check the cor of the VDN the IVR returns the call?- beansie

Djarum, The s8700 is the dual set of servers that house the processor. The gateway or G650/G700 is the carrier/cabinet that houses the station cards, T1 cards, Medpros, CLans, etc. The media processor akd Medpro is not the same as s8700.
