    Cable ISP "locks" than starts back - multiple users on sep nodes

    I use a cable ISP - service often stops. Sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes 30 secs, etc. Happens intermittently about every day or so. Other users say same thing. My modem issues a dynamic IP, I use IE6. According to ISP, signal is fine. I've called when service is down and they say signal is...
