I am having trouble receiving hotmail emails when i switch on our IPS on our internet gateways. Eveything else works but can receive email from hotmail or yahoo mail. As soon as i switch it off the mail is delievered. Any ideas?
We hare having trouble with port mirroring on one of our 5510's
We can mirroing on port to another no problems however we are unable to mirror two ports to one port.
For exampele <> port x works but
<> port x and <> port y will not

Last week members of a distribution group in AD all appeared greyed out, however the individual accounts seemed fine. This was down to the fact that the limit had been reached for the number of memebers in a distribution group.

My contivity 251 does not detect its ADSL line unless it is rebooted. If i unplug the DSL line from the unit i have to reboot the Contivty to get it to see the line again . All my other router auto detect the line and then reconnect.
WE have one passport 8600 switch with stacks of 5510's and 450 switch.
Across our lan we run TV application that uses multicast streams. THis stream drops in and out at regular intervals. Some poeople may be able to recive it while somebody else in the same switch cannot.

We are haveing RPC issues on our exchange 2003 server and recieving DCOM errors in the event log. ID 10009. Indicating there is a commuication problem between our exchange server and our storage device.

We are running Cisco IPT across our nortel LAn and are experiencing issues with phones re-registering. we also seem to be having issues with the phones accessing the voice VLAN when using DHCP.

I have some issues with Video on my 7970's Some of my phones keep coming up with the error message ' video bandwidth unavailable' The configs are correct and the phones are connected to our 100mbit LAN so bandwidth cannot be an issues.

We are experiencing intermittant mulitcast issues on our 5510's. We have recenctly replaced our 450's with 5510's are now getting these issues. When we had only 450 there were no issues.

Can i get the phone to resolve a number to a name. For example if i have a clients name and number stored in my address book on the phone will the name be ressolved when the person dials my number.
