    Voice Call on IPS 2000

    I have a telephone whom whenever you call it goes to voice call automaticlly. It is in the same class as everyone else and nobody elses does this. I haven't found anyplace in the programming manual that addresses this issue on a station by station basis.

    It is possible to pull out an individual voicemail message to a PC for playback at a later time. I know I can pull off and put on greetings. The system is a FMS U20. Thanks.
