    Unable to upgrade from IE5 to IE6

    I have tried to upgrade from ie5 to ie6 but I keep getting the error message "a previous installation has work pending requiring a reboot. You need to restart your computer to complete the instalation before runing IEsetup. Setup will now close" rebooting makes no difference win 98 SE...
