    I have a CS1000 with CallPilot. A user claims she had the ability to press an autodial key to log herself into voicemail. Basically, get dial tone, press the MWK key to access CallPilot, then the autodial key, which is this: 08 ADL 12 4827#1211# Is that even possible to do? I can't get it...

    Running 5.5 on an 81C. We have a carrier remote (NT7R51, local; NT7R52, remote) that has 3 carriers. We're moving those circuits to a JungleMux. Is it possible to disable those carriers individually or is it all at the same time? We did this a couple weeks ago at a different site and I tried...

    Broadcast MWI

    We have CallPilot 04.04.04.17. Someone sent out a broadcast message and the MWI for broadcast messages was not selected in the manager. Is there a way to have CallPilot go out and see which mailboxes still have new messages and light the MWI if it's not lit?? Al
