4400 series phones. IPOffice 406.
We have remote offices that are connected via LAN to 406's at each location so we can dial other branches by Ext. This set can send/receive ext calls on the same box, but cannot receive calls over LAN. I did not set this system up, so I don't know how the LAN...

I have an ext that all of the sudden will not roll to VM. Vm is checked in programming. I unchecked it, rebooted, checked it again and still not working. I can log into her VM, so I know its there. The user is in two groups, one of which has VM activated for...
I have an IPOffice406 that has a Bogan paging system plugged into the ATM4U port of card 2 on back of the IPoffice. The EU is no longer able to access the paging system through their phones. They enter #200 to make pages and get “number busy” when it is dialed. No changes have been made to the...
I have an IPOffice Small Business that has 4 active lines connected to the analog ports. The EU has decided to remove two of the lines and just go with 2 lines. I have read where you have to put the unused trunks "out of service". But I see no options to do that when I am looking at the trunks...
I have a VMPro centralized VM for a school system with about 7 schools. Each school has various versions of the 406 system.
When I call the EU from another Ext, I can see on the set that it is rolling to VM, but the greeting does not play. I happened to hit 1 and the greeting started to play. I...
I was hired by a company that has only worked as a fire, control and entry/exit install. They wanted to be able to bid ALL low voltage wiring. Thats where I came along. My job is terminating phone and data, as well as planning out and building the IT rooms.
In an effort to cross train all...
Is this possible? MICS switch.
User states that when his private line rings, if he is on phone or RNA, the line rolls to the main number. The main number rings all of the phones in the branch.
AT&T came into the branch and made some changes (he does not know what) while I was on vacation and...

I know that the Prime Set is tied to the first port. So whatever set you put on the first port will be Prime. I know that I can go on-site and change cross connects to get a new set for prime.
But can I do it in software through Element MGR?
BTW, I'm a newbie to BCM's
Thanks for the help.

I have a couple of locations, with Norstars, that have particular sets that will lose their display. I first thought it was the phone going out, but if you unplug the set and leave it for a couple of min., when you plug it back in, the display will come back. This does not always happen...
Where in Flash do I program the "0" out option? I need to change the Ext. that it goes to. Right now it is going to the Branch Manager and that ain't good.

I have two phones that roll to the same assistants phone. One rolls back to his VM if the Asst. does not answer. Thats good. The other goes to the Asst. VM if not answered. Not good.
Both phones are setup the same (as far as I can tell).

with a T-1 card and an Analog truck module.
I have hung and cabled the switch, but cannot get a set to answer. Now wondering if I have cabled it correctly.
I run Option 61 with 3903 and 3904 sets. Isn't there an option on the set to allow the user to point his "0" out option?
If not, where and how do I set the 0 out?
I have 12 MICS switches with fast RAD. I need to backup each one. I am using Norstar Manager 3.5 on an XP laptop. Whan I DO get connected, I have no problem. I have had little luck direct connecting to any of the RAD's. The message I get is "No reply fron RAD". If I try long enough and...
