I am trying to create a new digital ext number, but whenever I type in the new available TN number the prompt 'POS' keeps appearing. Normally I would be prompted to type in the new available extension number. Can anyone help? Thanks!
I moved an ISDN line and now for some reason this does not work. There is a weird tone but no dial tone. Does not receive or able to make calls. This has just been re wired from one floor to another and wiring has been double checked. BT have said all OK. Any ideas on what I can try? Thanks.
Is there anyway we could route an external line through to our Call Centre. This number is not one of our DDI lines.
Any help would be appreciated!
