We are using some files created by an ex-employee that have both RGB and CMYK elements. Is there somewhere in the program where a list of all the colors in a document can be seen? We are using a few different versions of Illustrator. Version 10, CS and CS3

In our office, I synchronize my database with a co-workers database. I'm trying to figure out how I can erase records from my database and have them erased in my co-worker's as well when we synchronize. We are both using Act Version 6.
I have a layout at my office using Act6.0 that I want to use at home....and I learned on a forum that the pertinent files for layout are the ones that have the extensions .cly and .gly
I've copied them into the correct folder but don't know how to get the program to recognize them.
