OK, I've setup a reverse lookup zone in DNS in Windows 2003 for the 12.148.195.x Subnet. The NS is registered (dc1.wildwooddesigns.com), but the reverse lookup does not work even though the PTR records are in there (for 12.148.195.162, 163, etc.)...
