We just started introducing the 1140 series phones 2 of them contiune to spit audits AUD093
AUD0093
which means
PTN associated with an IDLE VTN removed
Out of the 25 sets we have using these only 2 cause the audits . Has anyone seen this and know whats causing them.
We are on communication Server RLs 5.0. I am trying to print the passwords of our users in Ld 22 and you do not see them anymore, I know security has tightend , Does anyone know if there is a way to view the passwords. If someone needs their password re-set Ld 17 asks for the old password ...
We receive ERR 049 throughout the day. I know the error comes from our ACD sets. What I thought was causing it is not the case. I would be interested in someone else’s interpretation of this error. All comments are appreciated.
