    wrong DN from the 6-port exp card

    This happens to me a lot. I install a 6-port expansion card and a fiber station module plugged into the bottom port. I should have sta 253-268, but I get 269-284 or 285-300. What am I doing wrong? How do I prevent this? gm

    CP 150, cannot delete a mailbox

    I'm trying to delete mailbox 271, the message says " mailbox 271 cannot be deleted because it is currently in use " It is not in use, as station 271 is displaying the time and date in the display window. Any suggestions ?? tx, gm

    muting the handset transmitter??

    My customer says they used to be able to press the "handsfree mute" button and cut out the handset transmitter only.....not activating the speakerphone. I've tried STD and AUTO and cannot cut off the tramsmitter without activating the speaker. Any suggestions? thanks gm

    CP 150 w/poor transmission

    Buzz from 7310 speakers

    This is a new one for me. 3 - 7310's located throughout the suite have a buzz/hum coming from the speakers in the idle state. Handset is quiet. Nothing different in these cubicles like transformers, florescent light fixtures or monitors in close proximity. Swapped out the sets...problem still...
