    We are going to upgrade from Legato 7.13 to Legato 7.3 for Windows 2003 Server. Has anyone attempted this? If so, did you encounter any upgrade issues and was it a straight forward upgrade? Regards, Doc

    I/O Device Error on tape unit

    We have an Exabyte VXA-1 SCSI backup unit connected to an HP DL380. The problem that is occurring: “The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error”. We have rebooted the server and also reset the tape unit, by powering on and off. This does not seem to resolve the problem...
