Am I just being impatient here? I had the error on EDD failure telling me to do a ABKO. I started a ABKO and it seemed to go fine then it told me to put disk 1 back in (I only used 1 floppy)and typed 'a' to continue. It appeared this would do a verify maybe but it has been an hour...

Scenario: External PSTN call comes in on Cisco side and routed to phone A on Opt.81 over QSIG trunks. Phone A transfers call to Phone B which is back on Cisco side. This works fine but will leave the 2 QSIG trunks tied together for the duration of call...

I cannot print an entire abbreviated dial list without going page by page. Is there a way to do this?

We do allow forwarding to cellphones and in most cases it works fine. The 1 problem is if the cellphone goes unanswered the celluar voicemail system doesn't answer the call in answer mode. Instead it asks for the your number. This happens if the main number is sent out as the clid...
I have OTM 2.2 and a MDR2000e buffer box. I can telnet and ping the MDR2000 however OTM gets a connection error when I try to collect data. The configuration has been set for ethernet with the correct IP. Any idea what may be missed?

User says when they playback messages they hear 2 way conversations have been recoreded in the mailbox. Several different conversations seperated by clicks in the same message. Has happened to one user several times over a couple days. Other users have reported the same but I don't have...
Our CallPilot will be down for a lengthy upgrade. We still have Meridian Mail at this same site. How can I get all calls to the CallPilot to go to the same announcement on the MerMail? The DFDN of the CDN for CallPilot is the MerMail DN so when CP is down the calls go to MerMail. That part is...
I am getting requests to allow callers using a voiceform (mermail) the ability to enter more than 1 prescription per session. Does anyone know of a way to do this. There seems to be no way to loop the form back to previous fields to gather additional information.

PBX-A has a PRI to the CO. PBX-A and PBX-B are connected via PRI Tie lines. Clid from PBX-A to CO is 3553800 as programmed in clid table. This works fine. Calls local to PBX-A are sent from PBX-B but the clid sent out is the PBX-B number. I need the clid to be the same when going out the CO PRI...
When agent reports are run instead of showing both the agent name and agent ID the only thing that is populated is the agent ID. The agent performance report and the agent performace by supervisor are 2 examples.
If a script routes a call to a Meridian Mail menu which allows the caller to return to queue, when this call comes back to Symposium does it still have a way to look at total time in system or is it considered new?
Old rls24 books say INI needed when changing Parms in ld 17. Release 3.0 books do not mention INI. Has this changed?
