What do I have to do to share a pri on my succession 3.0 and a polycom mgc 50. I want to be able to use the pri for 2 way voice traffic and forward it to the polycom for video conferencing.
Is there anyway for the voice messages to come into Outlook as .wav files instead of the proprietary .vbk files that Call Pilot imports them as? or is there a product that will auto convert
I have a mics with a partial pri. when I dial into the rad, sometimes it does not connect. It does a handshake and says rad not connected. I have swapped rads and ports. I was told there might be a problem with it being a partial pri. Any ideas?

I installed a feps patch 360.129.feps2.33.00 to correct an h323 trunk problem to a cisco router. It worked on several sites but did not on one site. I think the patch may have fail during installation, but it shows it is installed. Does anyone know how to remove this patch and then reinstall it?
I have several site that have cisco routers to norstars via ti trunks. When I dial from a BCM 3.5 the calls complete but on 3.6 some of the calls drop after 2 seconds. Does anyone know what might be the difference between 3.5 and 3.6 h323 trunks that is causing this problem?
