    EXCEL cells paste into oulook - pastes whole sheet! Help!

    I am pasting a row of cells from an excel sheet into the main body of an email, whether it be HTML or RTF. the row pastes into the email fine, send email and the recipient recieves the whole sheet as an attachment. Very high security risk for me. Please help. Lee
