    Call Forward...only works sometimes

    MICS with XC software and PRI on fractional T1. IT support forwards their extensions to their blackberry's but not all calls will be forwarded and they are finding messages in their voice mail boxes when returning the office. Of course every time I check it everything works every time. Any ideas?

    External Transfer Problem

    I have a customer with a CICS e/w 4.12 SW and a Flash 2 e/w 1.9.00 SW. I tried setting up a very simple CCR tree with only the Home Menu and 1 Path. I set up Path 1 as an External Transfer and assigned the outdial route as Pool then programmed in the number it is supposed dial. Everthing works...
