Hello, can someone please tell me if it would be possible to invoke "Call listen" using VMPro. I have a customer running a call center, and they would like to monitor calls from an external location.

Help please. I just upgraded to 4.0 and call Listen stopped working. I get "Number Busy" on the phone display. the text below appears in Monitor. I had tried everything with NO luck. any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
