    9640 Phone time

    The time in the 8300 is correct and the time zone show EST (New York) yet the 9640 display is 5 hours behind. It is like the phone is on GMT. How do I corerect that?

    SOE and Iclid blocking outgoing calls

    I have an SOE 4x8DSx16vc and so far it blocks outgoing calls when I configure it for Iclid. Gets a busy signal and hangs up the line. Tried 2 different boxes and both do the same. Getting ready to upgrade to 3.1.48 on 3.1.29? now. Think that is the version. Anyone else have this issue?

    Discover on Ip Phones

    I am attempting to use a Netgear FVS318 at both ends to connect a 5610 to a 406 or an SOE, etc. The phone will pull the files from TFTP server and then go into a discover mode when attempting to connect to the IP Office. I am only having this problem with Netgear, Sonicwall and Fortinet...
