Norstar or Telco? No postive disconnect???
Norstar 6x16 Phone system was just installed, have a CP100 hooked up to it. System worked fine in the lab with lines hooked up to it, however when it was installed in the customer’s site I’m not experiencing something very strange?? Call Pilot call forwarding
I just installed a Call Pilot 100 to an ICS for the first time.. I created the subscriber mailbox 29 in the CP and initialized it for an extension I have which is also ext 29. I can access the mailbox from my phone, however when someone calls it never forwards off to my voicemail box? Any...- craigers99

Programming Lines on Norstar MICS
Trying to program lines on Norstar DR5 MICS, brought system up as default square. Lines 1 & 2 appear, trying to program an additional line right below the other ones. This line is default programmed as Call Forwarding. How do I remove that button & create line 3 & so on M7310 phone. Thanks in...- craigers99
