    exchange 2003 mail redirecting question.

    I have 2 sites and both are running exchange 2003. One of our sites are having issues with outgoing mail like yahoo, gmail, hotmail. It seems to go from our site to our second site then go out to the internet and finally after 5 to 10 minutes make it in our outside emails. How do i fix this...
