Starware toolbar. Is it AdWare or not?
I have a PC that has a toolbar called Starware. McAfee doesn't detect as adware or viral anyware and neither does BitDefender. I find lots of matches when I google it but they look like they could be sites that re-populate the ad ware. Does anyone know how this should be removed and what...- mattshirk

WinXP sp-2 reboots when tell it to "shutdown".
