    Windows98SE Open Programs

    My 200mhtz pentium seems to be running slow. I know I can now upgrade rather inexpensively, but would rather see if I can make my existing system better. I do the ctl-alt-del thingee and see all the open programs; then I go into the setting-start menu and do not find those open programs listed...
