We have a 2616 phone that show the date and time on the display. However it does not show the name of the incoming call. How do I check to see if that feature is enabled? Also if it is disabled what load turns that feature back on?

I think some of the techs are uping the Ncos on some of their buddies phones. What load will tell me if the Ncos has been modified ? Most of our Ncos are 2 or 3 .

I want to view the history log on what the techs did when in the switch. I have been using LD22 and "ahst" . Is there a more detailed load that looks at the history file ? The "ahst" command just shows what load they used. I want to view what commands they used while in that particular load.
